For property managers, HOAs & community groups
Refer a resident. Partner with JOBATEER.
Give residents, tenants, clients or neighbors a free way to request help from local service pros — for the jobs you don't handle yourself.
How it works
- Free for homeowners. Residents pay JOBATEER nothing to request a match.
- Residents submit their own requests. They choose what to share and agree to be contacted themselves. We never ask you for a list of residents.
- No promised matches. We're early and coverage varies by service and area. If no one covers a request, we say so.
- Approved partners get a share link. After a written agreement, you get a link or code so we can tell you how many requests came through it — no resident details.
Sending a single resident now? Share jobateer.com — they can request help in a few minutes.
